Meet Our Administrative Team

Dear Navin Community,

It’s hard to believe I’m heading into my second year as principal at Navin Elementary! After a year of listening, learning, and leading alongside this incredible community, I feel more grateful than ever to be a part of the Navin team.

From day one, I’ve seen our school’s values in action—especially our 5 Simple Rules, which guide everything we do:

• Love your kids. 
• Love them more when they’re difficult. 
• Love them the most when they push you away. 
• Every child that walks through our doors belongs to everyone. 
• Every child deserves our very best, every day.

These beliefs don’t just live on our website or on posters in the hallway—they show up in how we greet students at the door, collaborate as a team, and partner with families to support every learner.

At Navin, we believe in educating the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. We know that each student brings their own unique interests, talents, and needs, and we are committed to helping every child grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Last year, one of our biggest areas of focus was student goal-setting and data conferencing. It was incredible to watch students take ownership of their learning, reflect on progress, and build confidence in their abilities. This year, we’ll continue to grow that work while deepening our use of data to personalize instruction, expanding our curriculum implementation, and strengthening our Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).

And of course, we’ll continue to make space for the joy that makes Navin such a special place—whether it’s a spirit week, a family engagement night, or a quiet moment of celebration in the classroom.

Here’s to a year of curiosity, connection, and continued growth. I truly believe our kids will change the world—and I can’t wait to support them on that journey.
